Mae cynwysyddion ffilm polypropylen metelaidd cyfres MDP(X) yn defnyddio technoleg ffilm polypropylen metelaidd uwch i ddarparu atebion DC-Link sefydlog a dibynadwy ar gyfer systemau electroneg pŵer modern. Mae'r cynwysyddion hyn yn cynnig priodweddau trydanol rhagorol, oes hir, a dibynadwyedd uchel, gan eu gwneud yn cael eu defnyddio'n helaeth mewn cymwysiadau heriol fel ynni newydd, rheolaeth ddiwydiannol, ac electroneg modurol.
Nodweddion Cynnyrch a Manteision Technegol
Mae cynwysyddion cyfres MDP(X) yn defnyddio ffilm polypropylen wedi'i feteleiddio fel y dielectrig, wedi'u mowldio a'u capsiwleiddio, ac wedi'u llenwi â resin epocsi (yn cydymffurfio â safonau UL94V-0), gan arddangos perfformiad eithriadol. Mae'r cynwysyddion hyn yn cynnig ystod foltedd graddedig o 500V-1500V DC, ystod cynhwysedd o 5μF-240μF, ac ystod tymheredd gweithredu o -40°C i 105°C (o fewn yr ystod 85°C-105°C, mae'r foltedd graddedig yn gostwng 1.35% fesul cynnydd o 1°C mewn tymheredd).
Mae gan y cynwysyddion hyn ffactor afradu isel iawn (0.0002) a hunan-anwythiant (<1nH/mm o fylchau plwm), gan sicrhau perfformiad rhagorol mewn cymwysiadau amledd uchel a cherrynt crychdonni uchel. Mae ei wrthwynebiad inswleiddio yn fwy na 10,000 eiliad (20°C, 100V DC, 60 eiliad) a gall wrthsefyll prawf foltedd o 1.5 gwaith y foltedd graddedig (10 eiliad, 20°C ± 5°C).
Dibynadwyedd a Gwydnwch
Mae gan gynwysyddion cyfres MDP(X) oes ddylunio o 100,000 awr (ar foltedd graddedig, 70°C, a thymheredd man poeth o 85°C) a chyfradd fethu o lai na 300 FIT, gan ddangos dibynadwyedd rhagorol. Mae'r cynhyrchion yn cefnogi amrywiaeth o amodau gor-foltedd: 1.1 gwaith y foltedd graddedig (hyd llwyth 30%/dydd), 1.15 gwaith y foltedd graddedig (30 munud/dydd), 1.2 gwaith y foltedd graddedig (5 munud/dydd), ac 1.3 gwaith y foltedd graddedig (1 munud/dydd). Ar ben hynny, mae amodau gor-foltedd sy'n hafal i 1.5 gwaith y foltedd graddedig am 30ms yn cael eu goddef 1,000 gwaith dros eu hoes.

Mae cynwysyddion cyfres MDP(X) yn chwarae rhan bwysig mewn sawl maes allweddol:
Gwrthdroyddion Solar: Mewn systemau cynhyrchu pŵer ffotofoltäig, maent yn gwasanaethu fel cynwysyddion cyswllt DC i lyfnhau foltedd y bws DC, lleihau crychdonni, a gwella effeithlonrwydd trosi ynni.
Cyflenwadau Pŵer Di-dor (UPS): Maent yn darparu cefnogaeth cyswllt DC sefydlog, gan sicrhau sefydlogrwydd foltedd wrth newid pŵer a darparu pŵer parhaus i offer hanfodol.
Cyflenwadau Pŵer Milwrol ac Uchel eu Pen: Maent yn bodloni gofynion llym y diwydiannau milwrol ac awyrofod ar gyfer dibynadwyedd uchel, ystod tymheredd eang, a bywyd hir.
Electroneg Modurol a Seilwaith Gwefru: Mewn gwefrwyr ar fwrdd cerbydau trydan (OBCs) a gorsafoedd gwefru, fe'u defnyddir ar gyfer hidlo cyswllt DC a byffro ynni, gan gefnogi trosglwyddo pŵer uchel.
Gyriannau a Rheolyddion Diwydiannol: Maent yn darparu cefnogaeth bws DC sefydlog ar gyfer systemau gyrru modur, yn lleihau ymyrraeth harmonig, ac yn gwella effeithlonrwydd system.
Manylebau Cynnyrch a Chanllaw Dewis
