Cyflwyniad i Gynwysorau Ffilm Tenau
Mae cynwysyddion ffilm tenau yn gydrannau electronig hanfodol a ddefnyddir yn eang mewn cylchedau electronig. Maent yn cynnwys deunydd insiwleiddio (a elwir yn haen deuelectrig) rhwng dau ddargludydd, sy'n gallu storio gwefr a thrawsyrru signalau trydanol o fewn cylched. O'i gymharu â chynwysorau electrolytig confensiynol, mae cynwysyddion ffilm denau fel arfer yn dangos sefydlogrwydd uwch a cholledion is. - Cyfrifiaduron a Gweinyddwyr: Defnyddir ar gyfer cylchedau cyflenwad pŵer, modiwlau cof, a phrosesu signal mewn mamfyrddau, gweinyddwyr a phroseswyr.
Modurol a Chludiant:
- Cerbydau Trydan (EVs): Mae cynwysyddion ffilm tenau wedi'u hintegreiddio i systemau rheoli batri ar gyfer storio ynni a throsglwyddo pŵer, gan wella perfformiad ac effeithlonrwydd cerbydau trydan.
